Cant rearrange accounts. Cant sync with other devices.

Im updating this app again today regarding my review. It is almost 2017 and I emailed the company years ago and they said theyre going to update it to sync with our other technology. Well it still does not sync between my iPad and my iPhone. Apparently the company doesnt care about updating this app. I also double checked their last update and it is still 2014. Have they abandoned this app? Im going to be on the lookout for another app that works better than this one. There are other ones that do sync. I dont understand the issue. It shows the last update in version history was in 2014. That is two years of ignoring this app. It still does not sync input from one device to another. My life is on this app and I cannot use my iPad pro because it is empty. Please update so it will sync and it will be a great app. I was told previously they are updating it but have not. Another suggestion is different colors for the icons or even going online to download your own icons or pics. I have this ability with another app for shopping. I do have the pro version that I purchased quite a while ago waiting for updates that are nonexistent. I just emailed the company about this and lets see if they email me back. Better yet if they decide to do some updating. At the moment it deserves 1.5 stars but I dont have the ability to do that.

This is my favourite checkbook app of the ones I have found. I use it continually.

I like the app but every time I close it and open a couple days later it adds transaction and throws my balance off. Sent email to support but I did not receive any reply. Now Im looking for another app. This time if they offer a free app I will wait a few months before I buy.

Would have been a 5 star if not for the nag ad to rate the app.

I LOVE this app!! Thank you so much for having created it lol it has helped me manage my money in such a fun and simple way. I create new ideas of how to keep track of everything by creating different accounts. I love how I can manage my own categories and start fresh if I need to. This is a lot better than Mint in my opinion because its simpler, and youre in control of your own money- not a computerized data base- so you know where everything is going as long as you maintain it! But I enjoy that part, so it works out for me.

Straightforward. Allows tracking multiple separate accounts. Reconciling. Love it. Only thing I keep asking for is ability to print each account separately. App allows printing of categories of expenses but not individual accounts. Really want that.

A fantastic check register thats easy to use and always on you. I love using it.

Like this app so much so I bought the pro version. My only disappointments are that it did not backup to the cloud, and I apparently neglected to do a backup to my computer so when I bought a new iPad I had to manually start over and enter all my transactions again! I was very disappointed to note that you can only export and not import info. I also cannot find a way to void a check, i.e. I needed to enter a zero amount check that was voided for purposes of direct deposit, and had to enter a penny amount and then enter another transaction backing that penny out. Very cumbersome to have to do that. Otherwise its a great app.

The app works beautifully for my needs, but I only need it to keep track of one account and only use it on one device. Putting information in is incredibly easy, and the recurring payments have been added to the account on the schedule I specified. I like that each transaction can be coded by a category but can also be named with something more specific so that you can see more clearly at a glance where the money is coming from and where its going. I also like that I can back up the information by sending myself the data in a spreadsheet.

This app worked well for me for about a year but when I came to needing some sort of back up and restore function, the developer never responded to the requests. As of now it looks as though theyve abandoned the app. I would suggest HomeBudget. Its a phenomenal finance budget especially for people trying to balance accounts and track budgets budgets with a spouse or significant other due to its family sync feature. Very user friendly and the app developer responded within two days of me reaching out.

This app has the functionality that I needed. I wanted it to be a checkbook register with a search function and it does that. Its very easy to navigate and nice to look at. I have purchased a few others and I decided not to use them, as they do not compare. However, I do wish it would sync with other iOS products. Information should sync with other devices whenever I update my phone or want to use my iPad instead. A lot of work to re-enter. I changed to three stars because the company did contact me via email and said they will be working on syncing across devices. But they said its difficult. Why can other companies do it with ease? Please work on it quicker

Unless Im missing something, it seems like the future repeating transactions are being reflected in my account balance and they shouldnt be. I dont even want to see them until the pop up but there they are, on the top of the list of transactions. Annoying and confusing.

Love the app! Needs syncing between devices ASAP!

There are two big FAILS with this as as far as i can see. 1- you cannot split a purchase between multiple categories. When i go to stores like WalMart i may buy groceries, health products, clothes, sporting goods, and home repair items all in one visit. 2- i need to be able to run reports for each account individually as well as all together. Fix these two thing and for me this would be a great app. PS add a bunch more icons for categories.

Force closes as soon as opened. Please roll out a bug fix ASAP!

Checkbook is a great program. Simple to use and the email support is quick and easy.
